Regarding the charging structure of M1/M2: Extended Modules and Core are Combination opening, 2 hours per class (instead of two separate classes with separate charges). Therefore, HK$1,600 covers both Core and M1 or M2 teaching. If you only need to make up M1 or M2 separately without reporting Core, please inquire. One to one Or arrange your own classes.
Corresponding shift period
| class | Class time | Duration of each class |

| IB/A-Level/IGCSE Mathematics Class | Thursday 16:30–18:00 | 1.5 hours |
The centre is open Monday to Friday from 3pm to 9pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm; there are no in-person classes on Sundays. For complete course information, see Course Overview.
2. Unit price comparison per hour
This section is the most practical part of the page. When comparing tuition centre charges, the total monthly fee is almost meaningless— Because the length of each class and the number of classes per month are different in each institution. The only thing comparable is the price per hour.
| Courses | Total class hours per month | monthly fee | calculate | per hour |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Junior Secondary Maths | 6 hours (1.5 × 4) | HK$1,280 | 1,280 ÷ 6 | About HK$213 |
| DSE Core | 6 hours (1.5 × 4) | HK$1,360 | 1,360 ÷ 6 | About HK$227 |
| Core+M1/M2 | 8 hours (2 × 4) | HK$1,600 | 1,600 ÷ 8 | HK$200 |
| international courses | 6 hours (1.5 × 4) | HK$1,600 | 1,600 ÷ 6 | About HK$267 |
A counter-intuitive result: the combined class has the lowest unit price. The monthly fee for Core plus M1 or M2 is the highest (HK$1,600), but since each class is 2 hours long, the hourly unit price is HK$200, the lowest among the four types of courses. If you originally want to take Extended Modules, the combined class is the most cost-effective option in terms of unit price.
Reasons why the unit price of international courses is higher: IB, IGCSE, IAL and Cambridge belong to different examination boards. The teaching materials must be compiled separately according to the scoring criteria and question types of each board. IB students also need inquiry guidance from IA (accounting for 20% of the final grade). This preparation cost is reflected in the charge.
3. Summer course fees
summer course press 7 lessons in the entire term Computing is an intensive preparatory course.
| Courses | Duration of each class | Total class hours | Full tuition fee | average hourly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Junior secondary (from Form 1 to Form 3) | 1.5 hours | 10.5 hours | HK$2,240 | About HK$213 |
| High School Core (from Form 4 to Form 6) | 1.5 hours | 10.5 hours | HK$2,380 | About HK$227 |
| Core+M1/M2 | 2 hours | 14 hours | HK$2,800 | HK$200 |
| IB/GCE International Curriculum | 1.5 hours | 10.5 hours | HK$2,800 | About HK$267 |
There is no price increase for summer classes
After converting summer classes and regular classes into unit prices per hour, the figures for the four types of courses exactly the same:
| Courses | regular class | summer school | unit price per hour |
|---|---|---|---|
| Junior Secondary Maths | $1,280 ÷ 6 hours | $2,240 ÷ 10.5 hours | About $213 (same) |
| DSE Core | $1,360 ÷ 6 hours | $2,380 ÷ 10.5 hours | About $227 (same) |
| Core+M1/M2 | $1,600 ÷ 8 hours | $2,800 ÷ 14 hours | $200 (same) |
| IB / GCE | $1,600 ÷ 6 hours | $2,800 ÷ 10.5 hours | About $267 (same) |
The total amount for summer school is higher purely because the number of classes has increased from 4 to 7 classes. Course content and class dates summer maths courses.
4. What does tuition include?
Tuition fee includes all the following items:No additional textbooks or fees required:
| project | illustrate |
|---|---|
| Instructor’s own notes and teaching materials | Arranged according to the actual weaknesses of students in the class, non-universal handouts |
| Three levels of difficulty exercises | Basic concepts, strengthening and deepening, famous school Past Paper and previous public examination questions |
| Past Paper and Mock Paper | Mock Paper will be distributed in each class of Form 6 stage and will be reviewed in the next class. |
| Review support before on-campus exams | Conduct targeted review before every school test or exam |
| WhatsApp to ask about homework after class | If you encounter problems during review, you don’t have to wait until the next class. |
| IA Inquiry Guide | IB Internal Assessment Guidance for International Curriculum Classes (IA accounts for 20% of the final grade) |
| Two instructors teach | The teacher-student ratio is no more than 1:7, and each class has about 12 to 14 people |
For details on the teaching mode, see About Math Insight, please see the instructor’s qualifications Maths Tutors.
5. Payment methods and payment arrangements
| Way | Details |
|---|---|
| cash | Pay at the centre |
| Fast FPS (FPS) | Available phone number 9651 3910 |
| PayMe | Available phone number 9651 3910 |
| bank transfer | Please inquire via WhatsApp for account information |
Payment arrangements
- Payment cycle: Regular courses are paid on a monthly basis; summer courses are paid on a 7-class basis.
- Payment time: Tuition for that month must be paid before the first class of each month.
- Receipt: You can get a receipt after payment.
Why there is no fee payment per class: Mathematics is a cumulative subject, and intermittent classes will make it difficult to connect the progress - the teaching materials are arranged according to the cumulative progress of the class, and missing one class will affect the subsequent content. The monthly fee format helps maintain attendance and continuity of learning. If you really need more flexible arrangements, you may consider One-to-one lessons.
6. Trial lesson charges
| project | Details |
|---|---|
| trial lesson fee | first hall half price |
| trial lesson duration | A complete class, the same as a formal class |
| trial lesson format | Integrate into regular classes and experience the real classroom environment and rhythm |
| Enrollment Discount | After trial lesson If you enroll immediately, the trial lesson fee will be deducted from the first month’s tuition. |
| Follow up after trial lesson | Instructor feedback on specific observed weaknesses and course recommendations |
Please provide it when book a trial lesson
- students attending grade
- Study School (The progress and question-setting styles of different schools vary greatly)
- Take courses: DSE Core, whether to take M1/M2, or IB Mathematics AA/AI, IGCSE, IAL
- The most troublesome thing at the moment Specific topics— For example, "I often can't finish Paper 2" instead of "I'm not good at maths"
The more specific the information, the better the instructor will be able to deal with your practical problems on the day of the trial lesson. See the registration process Contact Us.
7. Make-up lessons, requests for leave and refunds
The following is the general arrangement,Please confirm the specific terms with us when registering. We will explain clearly before payment to avoid future disputes. This is also something we recommend you ask when comparing any tuition centers - the transfer policy and refund arrangements should be clearly stated before payment.
Asking for leave and making up lessons
- It is advisable to ask for leave advance notice, in order to arrange make-up lessons or reserve teaching materials for that class.
- If you are absent from class due to illness or personal leave, you can negotiate arrangements for make-up classes. Make-up classes will depend on the current class and available seats.
- Students who are absent from class can first obtain the , to avoid progress interruption.
- Make-up lessons are suitable for Completed within the same month, to match the progress of the class.
Withdrawal and refund
- If you need to drop out of school, you should Notify in advance within the month Drop out of school next month in order to arrange a place.
- Tuition paid for the current month is generally non-refundable; if you miss a class, make-up classes will be arranged instead of a refund.
- If you encounter special circumstances, you can discuss it with us.
8. Preferential arrangements
The following offers may vary depending on the period,Please confirm the discounts applicable to the current period before signing up..
| discount | content | Applicable situations |
|---|---|---|
| trial lesson offer | The first class is half price; the first month’s tuition will be deducted for daily reading | newborn |

All offers are average Cannot be used at the same time, please contact us for the actual reduction amount and applicable period. We do not use promotional techniques such as "limited time sales" or "last three spots available" - if a class is full, we will inform you directly and suggest other time slots.
9. How to compare tuition centre fees
This section is not a sales pitch, but a practical price comparison method. The most common mistake parents make is comparing just the monthly fee - which is almost guaranteed to lead to the wrong conclusion.
How can you misjudge if you only look at the monthly fee?
| mechanism | monthly fee | Duration of each class | Number of classes per month | Total class hours | unit price per hour |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A (looks cheaper) | HK$1,200 | 1 hour | 4 classes | 4 hours | HK$300 |
| B (looks more expensive) | HK$1,360 | 1.5 hours | 4 classes | 6 hours | About HK$227 |
The monthly fee differs by 160 yuan, but the hourly unit price differs by 73 yuan —The one that looks cheap is actually about 30% higher.. This is the most common misjudgment when comparing prices.
Five must-ask lists
- unit price per hour: Monthly fee ÷ (duration of each class × number of classes per month)
- Class size and teacher-student ratio: Is there a clear upper limit, or is it still a "small class" but the actual number is 30 people?
- Does the textbook include: Some institutions charge additional fees for textbooks, handouts or test papers.
- after school support: Is it possible to ask questions about homework after class, or is it limited to class time?
- Adjustment and refund terms: Whether to explain in text before payment
Don’t just look at the three positions of price
- Is the tutor fixed?: Changing tutors midway is equivalent to resetting the understanding of students’ error patterns.
- Are there any preparations for school-based examinations?: Band 1 The depth of on-campus exams is often higher than that of public exams and requires the school’s question type information.
- Can the error type be diagnosed?: During the trial lesson, you can show the instructor a copy of the paper you got wrong - if he only says "you have to be careful" but cannot point out "you made the same mistake in all three questions", the return on the tuition fee will be limited.

10. Frequently Asked Questions about Charges
How much does maths tuition cost per month?
Junior secondary mathematics HK$1,280, DSE Core HK$1,360, Core plus M1 or M2 HK$1,600, international courses HK$1,600, all 4 classes per month. Junior secondary and DSE compulsory courses last 1.5 hours each, and combined classes last 2 hours each.
Why do Forms 1 to 3 charge the same fee?
Because the class hours are the same as the teaching configuration - 1.5 hours per class, 4 classes per month, the teacher-student ratio is no more than 1:7, and two instructors teach. We do not automatically increase prices because of higher grades; the differences between different courses come from actual preparation costs (for example, international courses need to prepare teaching materials separately for different examination boards).
Is there an additional charge for M1 or M2?
no. Extended Modules and Core Combination opening, each class is 2 hours, and the monthly fee of HK$1,600 covers both. If you only need to make up M1 or M2 separately, please inquire One to one Or arrange your own classes.
Does the tuition include textbooks?
Included, no additional purchase required. For detailed items included, see .
Will summer classes take the opportunity to increase prices?
Won't. When converted into an hourly unit price, it is exactly the same as a regular class (approximately $213/$227/$200/$267). The total amount is higher simply because the number of classes has increased from 4 to 7. See the calculation process Section 3.
Can I pay per class?
Regular courses are charged in the form of monthly fees, and there is no per-class payment for the time being - because the teaching materials are arranged according to the cumulative progress of the class, intermittent classes will affect the connection. If you need flexible arrangements, you can consider One-to-one lessons.
Can I get a refund for my leave?
There are generally no refunds for leave, but arrangements for making up classes can be discussed, and notes and homework for the class can be obtained first. Please confirm specific terms when registering.
How much does one charge?
One-to-one tuition is calculated based on class hours and course type, please inquire directly. Applicable situations (large foundation gap, special school-based progress, special study combination) see One-on-one maths tuition.
What should you look for when comparing different tuition centers?
Look at the hourly unit price (not monthly fee), class size and teacher-student ratio, whether teaching materials are included, whether there is after-school support, and whether class transfer and refund terms are clearly written before payment. See details Section 9.
